p.s.~ a photo her teacher took of today's project: That's one of her best friends in the gray sweater.

First day back at farm school

Such a rainy start to school! Luckily farm school has a new classroom that they were able to do some of their building in!
Mother Maple and her piglets were there to greet us...
As well as old friends she hasn't seen all summer! Look at those toothless goofs!

Nature center day

Our families met in birthing class when these two were in utero. Their due dates were one day apart. And here they are now at the tail-end of six.

These two are best friends every once in awhile.

Conked out in a hotel on the way home from our NY trip.
And playing the pots and pans together. Practicing for our family band which they named "The Family Clover Band". We have yet to play all together, but soon I hope!

His first story

Once upon a time there was a fairy. Her name was Tinkerbell. She was trapped in a cage. The people captured her. Tinkerbell's friend came and rescued her. We love our cat. I love you Daddy. Mommy and Daddy drink coffee. Tinkerbell does not drink coffee. We miss our cat. We went to sleep today.

(This story was inspired by all of the storytelling Neigh-Neigh and the kids did together this vacation.)
